These Terms govern your use of Property Alpha Agent (the "Service"). By accepting an invite and creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the workspace you operate.
1. Account
Accounts are invite-only and bound to the email the inviting admin specified. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for every action taken from your account. Notify support@propertyalpha.ai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third-party right.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or content that violates the recipient's local law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source from the Service, or probe its security boundaries without written authorization.
- Use the Service to scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically collect data from platforms you are not authorized to access.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect a Google account or any other third-party platform, you authorize Property Alpha Agent to act on your behalf within the scopes you granted. Revocation is immediate via /settings/integrations/google for Google or the equivalent page for other providers. You remain bound by the third party's terms when using their services through the agent.
4. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform planned maintenance with advance notice when reasonably possible, and emergency maintenance without notice when required to protect the Service or your data.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or creates risk for other operators or third parties. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting support@propertyalpha.ai; data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Alpha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amounts in aggregate exceeding the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision. Material changes will be announced inside the operator dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
